What Are conjunction ❓

conjunction are  words that link other  words ,phrases or clauses together . 

Conjunction allow you to form  complex , elegant sentences and avoid  the choppiness of multiple short sentences . 

Types of conjunction 
 #coordinating conjunctions ; 
#subordinating conjunction ; 
#correlative conjunction ; 
1# coordinating conjunction FANBOYS 

*I would   like pizza or  salad for lunch . We needed a place to concentrate , so we packed up our thing and  went to the library . Jesse  did not have much money , but she got by 

Note  ; fanboys conjunct between  two or more independent clauses .

2# correlative conjunction (or , either , neither ,  nor , and , not only \ but also ) .

 *Not only am I finished studying for  English , but I am also finished writing my history essay .  I am finished with both my English essay  and my history essay . 

Note ;  correlative conjunction are pairs of conjunction that work together   . 

3# Subordinating conjunctions ( they conjunct between independent & dependent clauses ( because , since ,as , although , though , while , and whereas ) . 

Adverbs such as ( until , after , and before ) . omes before the in defendant clause .
